How to install?
Extract the pack to PPSSPP's Textures folder - you'll need 7-Zip - for the extraction location read this article.
Which one should I choose?
Generally speaking, if you have the VRAM (at least 8 gigabytes, preferably 10) - you should use the "High Rez" pack as it brings the bestests upscaled and nicest pixels.
If for some reason you're running a lower end system you 100% want to get the "Improved" pack as the size difference between the packs is massive (5.1GiB vs 1.7GiB)!
